For agencies, advisors & operators

When your client needs more than your team should promise.

Keep the relationship and your specialist role. Prodmake takes responsibility for the agreed software scope, from product decisions through launch.

Start with the situation. We’ll establish fit before a proposal.

Proof before promises.

When you make an introduction, your reputation comes with it. Here is the production work behind the offer.

You see the opportunity.
You don’t need to build a dev department.

The fit isn’t a particular industry. It’s a client with a real software need—and a partner who knows where their own expertise ends.

Brand, design & marketing agencies

The next step is a product. Not another design handoff.

Your client needs a portal, app, or connected customer experience. Keep ownership of your specialist work. Bring in a production partner before designs become promises nobody has scoped.

Consultants, advisors & business operators

You know what the business needs. Someone has to build it.

A proven service could become software. An important workflow still runs through spreadsheets and manual follow-up. Prodmake connects that operating knowledge to a product people can actually use.

Product studios & investment partners

The demo works. The release is still at risk.

A prototype, stalled build, or brittle live product needs senior intervention. Prodmake can take a bounded scope across UX, backend, mobile, integrations, and release—not just add more tickets to the backlog.

A clear division of responsibility.
Not another handoff to manage.

You don’t need to translate between a designer, a developer, and a deployment vendor. Prodmake owns the connected product and engineering scope.

Your side

The relationship.
Your specialist expertise.

  • Client trust and commercial context
  • Your brand, design, strategy, or advisory work
  • Decisions and deliverables in your discipline

Prodmake’s side

The product.
Its engineering consequences.

  • Engineering scope and feasibility; product UX where agreed
  • Web, mobile, backend, and integrations
  • Deployment, launch, and agreed operating support

Agreed together: scope boundaries, client access, decision rights, and what counts as done.

Kuan, founder of Prodmake

Founder-led delivery. Explicit responsibilities.

Kuan leads the engagement, drawing on 13+ years in production systems. The proposal sets out his direct work, additional expertise required, and responsibility for review and delivery. If you lead design, Prodmake can own engineering without displacing your role.

The partnership can vary.
The production standard doesn’t.

Define what needs to exist. Build or rescue the agreed system. Operate it when continued ownership makes sense. Each stage has an inspectable outcome before the next commitment.

Refer a client

When the client needs a specialist you trust.

Make an introduction. Prodmake qualifies the opportunity, agrees a scope, and contracts directly with the client. We agree how you stay involved before the work starts.

Deliver together

When both disciplines belong in the project.

Work from one coordinated client plan, with separate scopes and responsibilities. You lead your discipline; Prodmake owns the agreed product-engineering outcome. Neither company has to pretend it does everything.

Add a production owner

When the client needs one contracting partner.

Prodmake can take a defined scope under a prime contractor. Technical decisions, client access, payment, and acceptance are agreed before anyone commits to a delivery promise.

Start with one well-scoped project. No exclusivity, joint brand, or standing commitment is needed to find out whether we work well together.

Bring a real opportunity.
Not an overflow queue.

The strongest fit has a commercially meaningful problem, access to the client decision-maker, and a product outcome that can be clearly owned.

Focused production stages start at $12,000 USD. Most complete Build or Rescue scopes fall between $35,000 and $75,000. Ongoing operation is scoped separately.

Not a fit: lowest-bid implementation, hourly staff augmentation, speculative app ideas without market access, or responsibility without decision authority.

Before you introduce a client

Who owns the client relationship?

On joint work, the originating partner remains the relationship lead. We agree who communicates what and who makes each decision. Prodmake still needs direct access to the client decision-maker and the people who understand the work. Product responsibility cannot sit behind a chain of relayed messages.

Do you work white-label?

Not as anonymous development capacity. The default is a transparent specialist partnership. If a client requires one vendor, a prime-contractor arrangement can work with a defined scope and clear authority. Prodmake is not an unbounded ticket queue or a team to present as your employees.

Are there referral fees or partner discounts?

Any referral fee or coordination margin is agreed in writing before the introduction or proposal, with disclosure where required. There is no automatic commission, blanket discount, or fixed revenue split. The arrangement must make commercial sense for the actual work and responsibility.

Can we get acquainted before there is a project?

Yes. Email a short introduction: who you work with, the software requests you encounter, and where delivery usually gets difficult. No client names or confidential documents are needed. A concrete example helps me judge whether there’s a useful fit.

Send a partner introduction

Have a client situation in mind?

Tell us what the client needs, what already exists, and what you want Prodmake to own. Start with non-confidential context—not a polished specification.

A short context screen first. Then choose a fit call or a written brief.
